ABOUT ROSE POINTE

We are a community of XX homes located in the Connerton Section of Land O Lakes Florida. The purpose of this site is to allow residents the ability to see upcoming events,  discuss issues and concerns that affect the community and as a way to share information 

The latest news 

Chili Cookoff was a success.  Winners for the best chili were A, B and C.   Thanks to all contestants and attendees and special thanks to X and Y for putting this all together

New flowers and landscaping have been planted at the front gate.  Looks like they have not been deer food for the time being and add some needed color to the entrances

Lighting at the gates were corrected so that they match
